Saundarya deals with inner beauty, external presentation, employment in the beauty and makeup industry, and confidence. She has extensive experience in the beauty industry, having worked in the field since 2003. She is also the founder of BBC Salon and BBC Makeup Academy, which has helped many aspiring beauticians and makeup artists establish their careers. Her passion for the beauty industry goes beyond just making people look good; she believes that inner beauty and self-confidence are equally important.
To this end, she is currently providing free beautician training to learners who cannot afford it, with the aim of making them self-dependent. Mrs. Sharma’s vision as the Vertical Head of Saundarya is to help people recognize and enhance their natural beauty, both inside and out. She believes that everyone has unique features and qualities that make them beautiful, and that it is her job to bring these qualities out.
