Dr. Priyank Banthia.
Dr. Banthia was born into a Jain family in Kolkata in 1974 and was raised by his grandparents and aunts in New Delhi. He completed his schooling from the prestigious Sardar Patel Vidyalaya and obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He went on to pursue a Master of Dental Surgery in Periodontology from Punjab Government Dental College & Hospital, Amritsar, and a Fellowship in Oral Implantology & Laser Dentistry from D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai. Dr. Banthia has a rich academic experience and has worked as a senior lecturer, reader, and professor & head at various dental colleges in India. He signed off his academic career as Dean, Index Institute Of Dental Sciences Indore.He is also a motivational speaker and conducts workshops on Vision &Life Mastery.
He has a passion for teaching and charity and has always strived to make a difference in society. As the founder of Sampoorna, Dr. Banthia’s vision is to create a world where every individual has access to basic necessities, including education, healthcare, and a decent standard of living. He aims to achieve this through Sampoorna’s eleven verticals, which focus on areas such as education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and environment conservation.
As the Vertical Head of Sehat, Dr. Banthia’s vision is to provide quality healthcare to every individual, irrespective of their socio-economic status. He believes in a holistic approach to healthcare and aims to provide medical support to patients, regular checkups, and preventive care. Dr. Banthia’s dedication and commitment to social causes have earned him a reputation as a visionary leader and an inspiration to many.
Harmony within oneself as well as in the society is mandatory to attain fulfilment as Vertical Head of Sauhard, Dr. Priyank espouses zero discrimination on the basis of religion , caste, creed, language, gender, region or economic status.
Ms.Rachna Sharma
Ms.Rachna Sharma was born in a traditional Brahmin family in a small village in Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh. She was the youngest of five sisters and one brother and always was the cynosure of everyone’s eye.Her father was a government employee who moved to Mhow when Rachna was just 3 months old. He was a highly principled man who inculcated these qualities in all his children.
Rachna completed her schooling from Sir Noble High School, Mhow and her graduation from Moti Tabela Girls College, Indore. Post retirement, her father settled in Dewas.
Since childhood, Rachna had lofty dreams and ideals which she pursued with perseverance and skill.
Even though she came from very orthodox rural background she had a determination to make a mark in the corporate world. She started working in 2008 while simultaneously pursuing MBA in HR. She always possessed great interpersonal and managerial skills which helped her scale the ladders of the corporate world with great success. She has worked with reputed brands like HDFC Life, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Invictus Stock Broking Company Limited,Exide Life Insurance and Aviva India Life Insurance Company Limited. Currently, she is working as a Senior Branch Manager at Care Health Insurance Company Limited at Indore.
She has imbibed Sincerity, Integrity, Efficiency and Honesty as family virtues. She has a Heart of Gold and goes out of the way to help others. This quality of hers has made her Co-found Goodness Network Foundation as Director where she is putting her qualities and 15 years of corporate experience to good use for the betterment of society. She is a great source of inspiration to all the small town girls and boys that nothing is impossible to achieve provided that there is the right Vision, Will and Focused Efforts.
